Sanjay Dutt has over 27 years of experience in the industry and is well recognized for his work around driving organizational strategies through Talent Management, Capability Development, Digital HR and Employee engagement. Sanjay holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics from the Delhi University and a MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, India.
Sanjay leads the Capability Development, Digital HR Operations and Employee Relations functions at EXL globally, and spearheads many key organizational development initiatives in the organization.
He joined EXL in 2010 and since then has been responsible for setting up the EXL Center for Talent (in Noida), launching several Talent programs to drive strategy, and most recently leading the Digital HR Transformation initiative at EXL. He leads the Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations function at EXL, and provides leadership to India HR. He also leads the Diversity & Inclusion program at EXL.
Prior to joining EXL, Sanjay was a Partner at Accenture, where he was leading Capability Development for their Outsourcing organization, and was part of their India Leadership Team. Earlier, he worked for seven years with American Express where he was in a global leadership role around Performance Enhancement & Training.
