Sanchita Singh is the Chief People Officer for Pizza Hut Asia Pacific, based out of Singapore. She is extremely passionate about building capability to fuel business results, driving diversity, equity and inclusion, and championing the organizational purpose and culture.

Sanchita has 25 years experience of leading the Human Resource function, across the entire Asia Pacific spanning industry segments from technology and manufacturing to financial services and retail. Over the years, Sanchita has led across business cycles from setup to consolidation, growth and restructuring, has managed significant leadership transitions and also worked with unionized workforce.

Sanchita started her YUM! journey in India in 2013, as Chief People Officer for the India Division managing all the 3 brands, KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell with a mix of equity and franchisee markets. Prior to joining YUM! she worked with GE for 10 years, with her last role as the HR Head for GE Capital India. Sanchita had earlier worked for Ford Motors, TechBooks, Avery Dennison and TATA.

Sanchita holds a graduate degree from Delhi University and Masters in HR and Labor Welfare from Delhi School of Social Work.
